Can eating more mushrooms improve immunity?

Male  30 years old 2018-06-16
My body's immunity is very low. If someone catches a cold, I will be infected immediately. My friend asked me to eat more fungi. Can this kind of food improve immunity and prevent flu?

People with poor immunity can eat more fungi. Studies have shown that the fungus polysaccharides rich in mushroom foods such as mushrooms can help increase the combat effectiveness of human macrophages to engulf bacteria and other invaders, thereby helping to improve immunity. Studies have shown that by eating 1 serving (about 113 grams) of shiitake mushrooms per day, the immunity improved significantly after 4 weeks.
