Can garlic be eaten by heating?

Male  31 years old 2018-06-15
I like to eat raw garlic, but if I put it in the refrigerator and eat it directly, I'm afraid I might get a cold, so I want to heat it and eat it, is it ok?

Garlic also has nutrients and vitamins, but preheating will weaken the nutrition, and eating raw directly can be antibacterial. The active ingredients of garlic are "fear of heat". Once it encounters high temperatures, the antibacterial and antiviral effects will be greatly reduced.
