What effect does exercise have on joint nutrition?

Female  55 years old 2018-06-15
My father's joints are significantly more flexible after exercise these years. Why do the elderly who love sports have better joints than those who don't?

Exercise will promote the secretion of joint fluid. Exercise can ensure the health of articular cartilage. There is no blood supply in the articular cartilage, and the joint fluid must be absorbed to nourish, and the joint fluid can only be secreted in large amounts when it is active. Therefore, the elderly who love to exercise usually have a much better body than those who do not.
