Inorganic calcium, also known as calcium carbonate, is not suitable for people under one year old who have stomach acid deficiency, inflammatory bowel disease, and absorption disorders. Organic calcium, also known as calcium acetate, is used with caution in diabetic patients. Calcium gluconate and other calcium diabetic patients should be used with caution. Calcium citrate and calcium lactate are metabolized into lactic acid in patients with weakened physique such as calcium, which should be used with caution by those with fatigue.
