Patients with cholecystitis can't eat fried eggs too much, and the gallbladder secretes bile to help digestion. The amount of bile secreted is related to the oil content of the food we eat. Because fried eggs and scrambled eggs contain too much oil, the gallbladder secretes bile to digest it, and it needs to continue to vigorously move. Therefore, patients with cholecystitis or gallstones will feel particularly uncomfortable after eating eggs, and the gallbladder will hurt.
