    Eat more foods containing vitamin C and magnesium. Vitamin C helps to improve the body's resistance. Red bell peppers, kiwi, citrus, etc. are all rich in vitamin C. Magnesium helps to relax muscles and protect the health of the nervous system. It can be supplemented by green leafy vegetables, nuts, grains, red meat, etc.
