Will water be lost when I sleep at night?

Male  28 years old 2018-06-13
I have recently had dry skin, and the skin will peel off when the weather is cold. My friend said it may be caused by too much water loss at night. Was I asleep that night, would the water drain?

If the water can only go in and out, the skin will become more and more dry, and it will be aging easily. When a person is asleep, the body's water will be continuously lost through urination, sweating, and breathing, resulting in increased blood viscosity and accumulation of metabolites.
