I became a little iron-deficit after pregnancy, and my head has been dizzy since then, would it be bad if not treated?

Iron deficiency not only affects the health of pregnant women, but also affects the fetus. The demand for iron in pregnancy by young women far exceeds the intake. The difference between the two is more obvious than that of adult women. Inadequate iron storage in adolescent women is more common and can lead to an increased incidence of anemia during pregnancy, which in turn increases the risk of spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, premature delivery, low birth weight, and perinatal mortality. Young women should eat foods rich in iron. Women who are at risk of iron deficiency should supplement it with iron preparations. In many parts of the world, it is very important to intervene in young women who are iron deficient before pregnancy.
