I want to lose weight as soon as summer is over. I generally don’t eat breakfast. Can I lose weight without breakfast?

Eating breakfast is conducive to weight loss. A Harvard Medical School study tracked thousands of Americans and found that those who eat breakfast every day are less likely to gain weight than those whose breakfast is just casually dealt with. . This is because those who are so sloppy about breakfast, whether they have no time or want to lose weight, usually "compensate" to come back for the rest of the day, and often eat junk food. Therefore, people who often skip breakfast have twice the probability of developing diabetes and coronary heart disease than ordinary people.
