I have no appetite, so I rarely eat rice. Do freshmen need to have staple food for every meal?

Cereal food (staple food) is the main source of human energy and the main body of my country's traditional diet. It provides us with rich carbohydrates, protein, dietary fiber, vitamin B and other nutrients. Rice, noodles, miscellaneous grains, and miscellaneous beans are the mainstay of our staple food, and three meals a day should ensure that each meal has a staple food. Southern students who don’t like to eat pasta can start accepting northern specialties from delicious, nutritious dumplings, buns, noodles and other fancy staple foods. Rice and noodles can be eaten together to achieve diversified food.
