I like to exercise very much. I go out and run every morning when I go to bed. What is the benefit of doing this?

    Regular exercise can improve physical fitness, and the toxic neurotransmitters, hormones, and other substances induced by stress and metabolism can be eliminated through exercise. Regular exercise can eliminate harmful chemicals produced by stress, and stimulate the "antigen immune response" caused by mental stress and immune system function.
