I work overtime every morning until the highlight of the morning. I get up early at 6 o'clock. I can't get enough sleep. What harm does it have to my body?

    Adequate sleep must be ensured. Insufficient sleep is an important factor that causes weight gain, high blood pressure and diabetes attacks. Insufficient sleep in childhood is also one of the reasons that cause adult weight gain.
