How about drinking water quickly?

Female  32 years old 2018-06-11
I'm not used to drinking water in small sips. I usually leave the water dry and not cold. I drink it in one breath. My friend said that my drinking habits are not good. Is it good to drink quickly?

Drinking water quickly is bad for your health. When drinking water, some people are used to "drinking", but this drinking method is not good for health. Drinking a lot of water quickly will quickly dilute the blood and increase the burden on the heart. It is also easy to swallow a lot of air together, which can easily cause hiccups or bloating. The correct way to drink water is to put a mouthful of water in your mouth and swallow it slowly in several times so that you can fully moisturize your mouth and throat and effectively relieve thirst.
