My husband was entertained last night and came back very late. I woke up in the morning and felt very tired and weak. Is this caused by drunkenness?

Frequent urination after drunk will excrete the salt and potassium needed for nerve and muscle maintenance. When the sodium and potassium content in the body is too low, headache, fatigue and nausea will follow. Alcohol also breaks down the glycogen stored in the liver and converts this chemical substance into glucose, which is then excreted through the urine. This lack of critical energy is also part of the cause of fatigue, fatigue and poor coordination the next morning.
