My family is about to hold a wedding banquet, and then many of my friends are allergic to food. Which food allergies are more, so I can prepare first.

    As of September 12, 2005, 127 foods have been recognized by the International Federation of Immunological Societies as food allergens, including these: cereals containing gluten and their products (such as wheat, rye, barley, etc.). Crustaceans and their products (such as crabs and shrimps), fish and their products. Eggs and their products. Peanuts and their products, beans and their products (soybeans, fava beans, peas, etc.) and milk and their products (including lactose), and finally nuts and their nuts (such as cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts).
