I feel chest tight every time I get angry, and sometimes I can't breathe. Is this often a heart attack?

Frequent anger is not conducive to heart function, mostly because of the lack of love and security, as well as emotional self-closure. People who think they are not worthy of love, do not believe in the possibility of love, or do not allow themselves to show love to others will have cardiovascular disease. Learning to face your true feelings and listen to your true voice can alleviate heart disease to a great extent.
