Most of the time I only shit every three days, so what is the regularity of normal bowel movements to be healthy?

Healthy people defecate once a day or every other day, forming yellow soft stools. The elderly, especially the elderly, can defecate once every 2 to 3 days if they eat less or move less. As long as the bowel movement is smooth and the stool is not dry, it is not constipation. Abnormal stool color, shape, and frequency can reflect colonic lesions.
