Soybean food is considered food, what can it be used for, and is it useful?

The word "bean" is not all grains. Soybeans, green beans, and black beans cannot be counted as grains. They are different from red beans, mung beans, and kidney beans. They have almost no digestible starch, and their protein and fat content are much higher than other beans. Instead, they are classified as high-protein soy foods, which can be squeezed into oil and can be made into high-protein foods such as tofu, dried tofu, and yuba, partly replacing fish meat to supply protein. In other words, eating soy can replace part of the fish, but not food.
