Now I plan to make my own food instead of going to a restaurant outside. What foods do I usually eat for my health?

Eat regular non-greasy foods. Vegetables are rich in vitamin c, vitamin e and other ingredients that help the "chemical broom" function. The varieties with more than 40 mg of vitamin C per 100 g of vegetables are: radish tassel, bell pepper, rape, cauliflower, cabbage, bitter gourd, watercress, broccoli, etc.
