I like to eat fatty meat, and often use fatty meat to fry in oil. Are animal oils good for people with hypertension?

Reduce animal food and animal oil intake. Saturated fats and cholesterol from animal foods are dietary risk factors that cause abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with hypertension and need to be strictly restricted. Saturated fat is mainly present in fat meat, which has a fat content of over 90%. High cholesterol foods mainly include animal offal, fatty meat, crab yolk, roe, egg yolk and so on. Avoid fried food intake. In addition to high fat content, fried foods have many unsafe factors. Pancakes, fried cakes, fried chicken, fried fish, and fried peanuts should be removed from the table.
