Female  32 years old 2018-06-08
After working overtime for a few days, my memory has obviously dropped a lot. My boss told me to sleep more and rest. Does it help my memory?

Sleeping allows the brain to fully rest, which can improve memory, and sleep not only prepares for encoding new memories, but also provides the brain with an opportunity to consolidate and integrate information. Therefore, sleep can make the memory more durable, so that the memory can resist more interference.
