Will drinking water cause cancer?

Male  32 years old 2018-04-03
I like to drink the overnight water in a thermos in the morning. It is not hot and just right. Some people say that overnight water can cause cancer. Is this the case?

No, the average one-time safe intake of nitrite for the human body is 0.2 mg (mg) per kilogram of body weight. If you weigh 50 kg, it is safe to consume 10 mg of nitrite at one time. And drink 10mg of nitrite (more than 20 liters) at a time, which is more than one bucket of common water dispensers. Therefore, the claim that water is carcinogenic overnight is not credible.
