Will precancerous lesions get cancer?

Male  26 years old 2018-06-08
I have a pigmented mole on my skin, and I went to the hospital for examination recently. The doctor said that if I had precancerous lesions, I needed to be treated as soon as possible. If I didn't treat it, would I get cancer?

Precancerous diseases increase the chance of becoming cancer. Although some lesions are not cancers themselves, they have a tendency to turn into cancer, which can become the basis of cancer. These conditions are called "precancerous lesions." In addition, patients with osteosarcoma seen clinically often have a history of trauma, and consider the pathological state after injury. May be the cause of tumor occurrence.
