As I entered middle age, I paid special attention to my health. I heard that eating nuts frequently can prevent blindness in the elderly. Is this true?

Blindness is a common disease in old age. There are many reasons for blindness. Eating more nuts and other foods may help reduce the risk of blindness caused by age-related macular degeneration. The study found that people who ate nuts once or twice a week had a reduced risk of age-related macular degeneration after 10 years 35%.
