My uncle doesn’t drink much water at night. I heard that the elderly are healthier than drinking water at night. Is that true?

There have been some studies in the past that it is more healthy for the elderly and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients to drink water at night than not. For example, one study was to observe the elderly men in groups. One group got up to drink 250 ml of boiled water in the middle of the night. The other group fell asleep until dawn and did not drink water at night, and then measured their blood concentrations. As a result, the blood concentration of a group of elderly people drinking water was significantly reduced, and the risk of ischemic stroke and myocardial infarction decreased. A group of elderly people who do not drink water at night have high blood viscosity and are prone to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
