Can walking lose weight?

I'm a bit fat. I have tried many ways to lose weight. I recently tried walking to lose weight. Does this method work?

    Normal walking intensity can help you lose weight. Walking 80 minutes a day at noon or at night is the best. It works well with a small amount of diet at night. It loses 8kg of fat a year and insists on maintaining body and energy for a long time.
