The peanuts I bought a few days ago have been moldy today. Can I still eat them? Will it become cancerous after eating?

If you want to prevent cancer, it is best not to eat moldy food. Rice, wheat, beans, corn, peanuts and other foods are susceptible to moisture and mildew. After being contaminated with mold, it will produce carcinogenic toxin, aflatoxin. Overnight cooked cabbage and sauerkraut: It will produce nitrite, which will be converted into nitrite carcinogen in the body.
