    Side lift: 15 times per group, 3 to 4 groups, 1 minute rest between groups. Required equipment: dumbbells. Main training muscles: deltoid muscle. Correct action: Take a dumbbell of equal weight in each hand, lift your arms slightly to the sides, and lift your wrists, elbows, and shoulders in the same straight line when lifting, and then slowly lower them. Easy to make mistakes: the forearm is raised too high, and the body is too far back.
