Two-and-a-half hepatitis B is the most commonly used clinical test method for hepatitis B patients. Two-and-half hepatitis B is the most commonly used serum marker for hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection detection in domestic hospitals. A total of 3 pairs of hepatitis B virus immunological markers, namely surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (anti-HBs or HBsAb), e antigen (HBeAg) and e antibody (anti-HBe or HBeAb), core antigen (HBcAg) and core antibody (Anti-HBc or HBcAb).
