Most of the dysmenorrhea is caused by poor menstrual blood and Gong Han, so the use of salt compress can relieve the pain. If you add some Chinese medicine to the blood bag to promote blood circulation and stasis, the effect will be better. Saute safflower, zedoaria and salt together, put it in a salt bag and apply it to uterine acupoints (4 inches below the navel and 3 inches aside) and Shenque points (navel) to quickly relieve pain. Hot compressing Que can warm the sun and relieve pain. The hot uterine acupoints can remove uterine cold, treat irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea and so on.
