Fatty liver can generally be divided into acute and chronic. Acute fatty liver is similar to acute and subacute viral hepatitis, and is relatively rare. The clinical symptoms are fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and varying degrees of jaundice. Liver coma and renal failure can occur in a short period of time. Severe cases can die from complications within a few hours. If treated promptly, the condition can quickly improve in a short period of time. Chronic fatty liver is more common, with a slow onset, concealment, and a long course of disease. There are no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage, and it is usually found by accident during B overtime. Some patients may have anorexia, nausea, fatigue, pain in the liver area, abdominal distension, and fullness and pressure in the upper right abdomen.
