A lot of white spots have grown in my mouth recently, and I still have a little pain. Is this a cancer?

You'd better go to the hospital for a biopsy because oral leukoplakia is a harbinger of oral cancer. The patient feels a local roughness, and white plaques can be seen with the naked eye. They mostly occur in the lips, tongue, palate, and gums.
