I was diagnosed with mycotic vaginitis during the third month of pregnancy. Does this affect the fetus?

If fungal vaginitis is not treated in time, after the fetus is infected, there will be erythema on the skin and yellow needle-like spots on the umbilical cord. If the fetus is delivered from the vagina, 2/3 of the newborns will develop disease and thrush and buttocks red.
