How much do I need to eat every day?

I eat a lot every day, and I gain a lot of weight. I am afraid to continue to gain weight. I want to know how many things do people need to eat every day?

    People cannot eat too much every day, so we need 4 to 5 staple foods, 3 to 5 meat and eggs, 1 to 2 spoons of oil, and 1 to 1.5 kg of vegetables. Of course, this amount of food is relative. Everyone needs different calories according to different physical conditions and labor intensity.
