Anything has advantages and disadvantages, as does cheese. First of all, the very small amount of vitamin C in raw milk is almost completely lost. Secondly, after the cheese is concentrated, the content of fat, cholesterol and sodium is much higher than that of liquid milk and yogurt. Therefore, the elderly are not suitable for eating too much cheese. Compared to fresh milk and yogurt, cheese is more suitable for breakfast.
