I don’t like to eat meat, but I heard that long-term vegetarianism will cause brain atrophy, is it true?

People who are vegetarians are most likely to suffer from insufficient vitamin intake, because the best source of vitamins is meat, especially liver, milk and fish. Vitamin B12 deficiency may also cause anemia and inflammation of the nervous system. There are not many ideal foods that can provide nutrition to vegetarians. Yeast extract is one of them. Such foods can provide more vitamin B12.
