Why shouldn’t you be jealous when you eat lamb?

Female  55 years old 2018-06-05
I heard that jealousy can soften blood vessels, so as long as you eat, you will eat some vinegar. My friend told me not to be jealous when I eat mutton. Why?

When eating lamb, it is best not to be jealous, because lamb is hot, and qi is tonic, and it should be paired with cold or sweet dishes; vinegar contains protein, sugar, vitamins, acetic acid, and a variety of organic acids. Swelling and blood circulation should be combined with cold food.
