    People tell us that lack of sleep is costly! It will physically destroy us, making us exhausted, emotionally and soaring in weight. At the same time, it also makes us impatient, drowsy, and easily irritable. Once we bring these emotions to work or the highway, the health and even lives of people around us are at risk. Insufficient sleep is harmful to health!
