How is the PH value in the blood maintained stable? Will an acidic or alkaline diet affect it?

Diet will not affect the blood. There are two pairs of ionization balances in the blood, one is the balance of HCO3- (basic) and H2CO3 (acidic), and the other is the balance of HPO42- (basic) and H2PO42- (acidic). The reason why the pH of blood is stable is explained by taking the ionization of HCO3- and H2CO3 as an example.
