I have been drinking strong tea since I was young. Can I still drink strong tea when I am older?

Compared with young people, the gastrointestinal tract of the elderly is more fragile, and middle-aged and elderly people with stomach and duodenal ulcers are not suitable for drinking tea on an empty stomach, especially strong tea. Because too much tannic acid can stimulate the gastrointestinal mucosa, leading to aggravation of the disease, and some can also cause indigestion or constipation.
