Can people with small heads get dementia?

Male  51 years old 2018-06-04
My head is smaller than the average person. I heard that the size of the head may determine whether there is Alzheimer's disease. I am very worried that people with small heads will have Alzheimer's disease?

People with small heads are more likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than people with big heads. A German study found that below-average brain circumference (58 cm for men and 55 cm for women) greatly increases the risk of Alzheimer's disease. The reason is that if the head is larger, the brain contains more neurons, which can better fight aging.
