    The elderly are in relatively poor physical condition and do not need to do vigorous physical exercise every day. It is better to take a walk, tai chi or slow-motion dance. The exercise time is preferably 0.5-1 hour. Older elderly people with poor physical conditions can take a walk after half an hour at dinner. Time is slightly tired and not gasping.
