Some people say that green tea and yoghurt cannot be eaten together, because green tea has theophylline tannin. Will green tea theophylline and tannin cause decalcification?

There are theophylline and tannin in green tea. They combine with calcium to form calcium tannin which is insoluble, so people can't absorb it and they will be drained. The process of this row is a decalcification process. In this way, green tea has not yet played a role in lowering, it first destroyed calcium or some other trace element nutrients.
