Is it easier to squat to the toilet?

Some people say that squatting is better than sitting. I often sit on it. Is there such a thing?

The theoretical basis for thinking that squatting is better than sitting is mainly based on a muscle called the "rectus pubis muscle." This muscle starts from one side of the pubic bone, wraps around the back of the rectum, and then returns to the other side of the pubic bone to form a loop that just pulls the rectal hook and makes the rectum form an angle with the tip forward. The anorectal angle of a general sitting position is about 80-90°, while the anorectal angle can reach about 100° when squatting. In theory, the larger the anorectal angle, the less effort it takes to defecate.
