I have diabetes, but no one in our family has had this disease. The doctor said it should be caused by environmental factors. What are the environmental factors that cause diabetes?

We should understand that it is not food that causes diabetes, but excessive intake of oil, protein, and fat causes excess nutrition and causes diabetes. Unreasonable long-term diet structure, excessive caloric intake, smoking, drinking, psychological stress, and mood swings are all environmental factors that cause diabetes.
