Is there any way to improve sleep?

My sleep quality is very poor and I can't fall asleep until early in the morning. Is there any way to improve my sleep?

    People with poor sleep quality can try to alternately breathe their nostrils. If they can't fall asleep quickly at night, then lie down on the right side and slowly press the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand to breathe with the left nostril. This activates the parasympathetic nerve and helps calm the nerves.
