Why can't you take a shower immediately after exercise?

Female  32 years old 2018-06-03
I went to play with my friends in summer, and I like to take a shower after finishing a sweat. My friend said that I can't take a shower. Why can't I take a shower after exercise?

After the exercise, you can't take a shower immediately, because the body will be sweating after full exercise, and the pores of the whole body will be opened. If you suddenly pour cold water at this time, it will cause a cold and fever. And showering doesn't help muscles relax, but makes them more tense. The correct way is to wait for the sweat on your body to dry, and then take a shower with warm water, the water temperature should be 1 to 2 ℃ higher than the body temperature.
