Primary dysmenorrhea is more common in uterine dysplasia, cervical cervix or cervical canal stenosis, excessive flexion of the uterus, making menstrual blood flow out of place, causing menstrual blood retention, which stimulates uterine contractions and causes dysmenorrhea.
