I love to eat walnuts and walnut products, so is it good for the body to eat walnuts regularly?

    Walnuts can help muscle growth, fight cancer, protect the heart and promote the immune system. They are also good brain activators. Walnuts are richer in omega-triacids than salmon and can promote heart health. Walnuts also have more anti-inflammatory polyphenols than red wine, and the muscle-building protein it contains is half that of chicken. Other nut foods may contain one or two of the above-mentioned functions, but the only thing that has various benefits at the same time is walnuts.
