Gene expression therapy can be used for cancer diseases such as pancreatic cancer, and some cancer cells continue to divide by suppressing gene expression in the body. Through complex drug treatments, these genes can be reactivated, turning on our original immune system. After that, the cancer cells will be killed by immune cells or become more sensitive to chemotherapy. There are two drugs that modulate gene expression, which activate histones to kill cancer cells.
